Great perspective Eric, again I like the tones, perhaps because I like old buildings and stone, I find the colours soothing. Mind you I don't think I'd find the steps soothing!! ;)

the alley goes between the stone walls and separate stairs jockey their paths, I like winding vette perspective and color stones, excellent framing.

Yes, I know, that is why I love them . I am a half of Italian background :))) Besides, when you were in Italy did you go to Adriatic, Croatian seacoast . Dubrovnik is in my opinion the prettiest city in the world. These streets are everywhere in Dubrovnik .

This is a great composition! And I like the fact that the end of the stairway is not visible, adding a hint of mystery to the picture!

Love your whole series on Assisi !! This one would look awesome done in B&W, or even better shot at night with long exposure and only those overhanging lamps lighting the scene. Great job Eric !!
